Winston brings many rich years of professional experience as a meetings/conference strategist, site selection/hotel sourcing consultant, having organized and produced events worldwide. Combining the perspective of both a credentialed Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certificate in Meetings Manager (CMM) holder, Winston’s many years of work as an executive director in cultural, educational and environmental organizations brings a strong background of understanding of the needs of his clients from the that vantage point as well. 

After receiving an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, Winston has spent extensive time living, working and traveling globally, leaving him as comfortable in Kyoto as he is in Honolulu, Brugge or Sydney. Winston’s professional and personal experiences have left him well-suited to helping his clients in finding the best solutions for their needs. He is most delighted with his work when he sees people brought together for a special event or meeting, where the participants come away with a rich experience and deeper connection to life. 

Winston makes his home in Honolulu at the base of Diamond Head where he is deeply engaged with a variety of civic, business and professional organizations. He is especially interested in issues of diversity and inclusiveness, local issues to improve life for residents, and preserving Hawaii’s unique environment.
