Michelle Mason has a passion for travel and service to others that led her to the hospitality industry. Michelle is a dedicated professional and 25+ year industry veteran with global experience in hotels and the meeting procurement industry with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Best Western International Global Sales, and HelmsBriscoe Corporate headquarters. Michelle has won a number of awards and accolades throughout her career for achievement and high guest satisfaction. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Michelle currently resides on the NAU HRM National Council of Industry Professionals as a mentor and advisor to faculty and students. As an EventPrep franchise owner, Michelle and her team will provide exemplary service as a partner with customers and in the hospitality community, to deliver full service meeting and event management.
Early in her hospitality career Michelle discovered that helping guests and clients alleviate stress by taking care of details while providing high customer service, creates happy-repeat clientele. Michelle believes “there is no better feeling than seeing an event executed with precision and having a client actually enjoy themselves during the event with a smile.” When she is not planning the next client event or travels to far-away places, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, their two teenage boys who are active in Boy Scouts and Marching Band, and their fur family Cocoa and Cooper.
