Lynn brings 20+ years of expertise in executive-level meeting and conference planning to EventPrep. Lynn has been in the Hospitality Industry since the 1980s, serving for 15 years as the Director of Meetings & Conventions for a medical association where she contracted events for orthopedic-physical medical events, and association conferences. Subsequently, she served as Global Account Executive and Director of Events within the corporate world for 11 years. She has planned meetings in 41 states and 16 countries around the world in many major cities.
In addition to her being an expert in site selection, contract negotiation, logistical travel coordination, and supervision of necessary on-site arrangements, Lynn is skilled in the development of high-performing cross-functional teams, utilization of technology to improve efficiency of registration processes, and supervision of staff. She has 15 years of proven ability producing exemplary CME-compliant programming, was involved in four reaccreditation processes, has 13 years of advanced ACCME training /update courses and continues to stay abreast of current guidelines set by the AMA and ACCME.
