Katy Rivera, a Texas native, has over 20 years of event planning and management experience and a strong service background. Recognized as an adaptable and detailed leader, Katy’s excellence in communication, flexibility, and reliability has led to the successful coordination of a variety of events, from city-wide productions, to intimate gatherings. As an EventPrep franchise owner, Katy wants to partner with your organization to manage a full-service event and ease all the stresses. Site selection and contract negotiations are two of the many details Katy wants to help manage. Katy’s goal is complete customer satisfaction and freedom to focus on the core of your program without having to worry about all the other pieces coming together.
As a military spouse Katy has learned to be an adaptable multi-tasker who promises to deliver results. She has learned the skills needed to successfully manage events both stateside and abroad, striving to provide joyous events for each of her clients. When not planning events, Katy enjoys time with her husband and her two young children, exploring the new places the Army sends them, and continues to work to find new ways to support the military community and their families.
