Michelle Mason has a passion for travel and service to others that led her to the hospitality industry. Michelle is a dedicated professional and 25+ year industry veteran with global experience in hotels and the meeting procurement industry with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Best Western International Global Sales, and HelmsBriscoe Corporate headquarters. Michelle has won a number of awards and accolades throughout her career for achievement and high guest satisfaction. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Michelle currently resides on the NAU HRM National Council of Industry Professionals as a mentor and advisor to faculty and students. As an EventPrep ® franchise owner, Michelle and her team will provide exemplary service as a partner with customers and in the hospitality community, to deliver full service meeting and event management.
Early in her hospitality career Michelle discovered that helping guests and clients alleviate stress by taking care of details while providing high customer service, creates happy-repeat clientele. Michelle believes “there is no better feeling than seeing an event executed with precision and having a client actually enjoy themselves during the event with a smile.” When she is not planning the next client event or travels to far-away places, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, their two teenage boys who are active in Boy Scouts and Marching Band, and their fur family Cocoa and Cooper.
Amy JohnsonGlobal Account Manager
Amy Johnson offers more than two decades of in-depth hospitality and event management experience, with an emphasis in the government, corporate, SMERF, international and social event planning markets. Her background includes hotel sales and marketing along with catering and pre / post event services. With a BS in International Sales and Marketing from Arizona State University, and formal training with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Best Western International Global Sales, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Amy represents EventPrep® as a global resource for site selection, services and contract negotiations. Amy utilizes her industry knowledge and relationships to acquire the most favorable terms for her clients. Experienced in planning events from 10 to 4000+, from intimate social retreats, special occasions and weddings, city events and festivals, VIP programs, Board of Director meetings to multi-day Association, Government and Corporate events, Amy is 100% dedicated to client needs and complete satisfaction. Amy is devoted to secure the best fit and contractual terms for her clients so they can focus on more important and specific details of their event.
A native of Arizona, Amy is an avid hiker, passionate about the outdoors, well-traveled and is a dedicated volunteer to Arizona Friends of the Homeless, the Verde Valley Sanctuary, and Golden Bone Animal Rescue. Often she can be found with her sidekick pup, Butchie, exploring new areas around her state.
