Carri’s love for providing memorable service runs deep with over 25 years in Hospitality service delivery. As an award winning General Manager for Hyatt Hotels, with experience working for world renown service companies such as Hyatt, Marriott, and Walt Disney, Carri has had the opportunity to take part in the Hotel Industry’s best service training programs. In addition to extraordinary training and leadership, Carri’s relationships with hotel personnel, have been the true key to her success throughout the years.

Being a part of intimate details behind the scenes with her team to ensure unforgettable guest experiences has been a tremendous joy for her. As a General Manager for hotel properties of different sizes, she has had the opportunity to host large groups for the Kentucky Derby and still pour coffee at breakfast or take part in preparing the perfect room amenity. These experiences are exactly what has propelled her into the Event Planning arena and make it the perfect fit. With a strong service experience background and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University – College of Business, Carri’s objective is to serve in a role that delivers excellent service and profitable results with integrity and passion.

One of Carri’s favorite quotes is from Martin Luther King, Jr that states: “Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve. You don’t have to know about Plato and Aristotle to serve. You don’t have to know Einstein’s “Theory of Relativity” to serve. You don’t have to know the Second Theory of Thermal Dynamics in Physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love.” When she is not dreaming of or working on an event, Carri enjoys time with her husband and children on their property in the Bluegrass countryside of Kentucky.
